Wake Up, nah ill get excused
If you have already woken up and prepared yourself for the hard times up ahead, I salute you. You'll know what I mean in a sec. For those who are watching The Hills on MTV, for those of you ranting on your cell phone about how loud the person across from you is, for those of you pissed off because your mom or dad grounded you from using your car or your cell phone or told you the other night to get a job, and for those of you frantically screaming and calling everybody on your cell phone raving about how you got a C in Bio 101 because you just barely were able to fill in the question asking what is a cell? Shame on you. Technology has retarded you in every way possible. You are dependant on the rumors of Paris Hilton, the next iphone, the next hot guy or girl prospect, the next party on the weekend. It is ridiculous. It's fine to do it on occasion here and there, that is the nature of the human being, to be curious. But people WAKE UP. This has come to be a way of life for millions of teenagers. You all are going to run the country pretty soon, and I'm not speaking for everybody who reads this, of course there are those individuals who work hard at whatever they do, have dedication, have vision, and have a sense of purpose. They refuse to fail, they are the ones who are in their rooms right now studying, at the gyms working out, throughout the communities volunteering, in their homes helping their parents and siblings. These things are what makes the leaders and separate them from the followers and I'll tell you what, I see a whole lot of followers in this day in age. We might as well call this the "excused" generation, because its a group that are experts at giving them. Hey don't feel too down on them, the adults do it too, and relay this down to their sons and daughters, this world we live in; Racism, Sexism, Caste systems, they are all out there, always have been, do research, go to a library...what's a library? When will be the day when everybody rejects the staus quo. Let's stand up and do this! Change it once and for all. Wait, American Idol just started....maybe later.

Intro
Now, before I start bashing ignorant young adults and worrying about all the new kids on the block who we call "the future" let me be straightforward with you; I'm not a renown individual by any means, I haven't really accomplished anything that is worthy of media attention, achievement conference invitations or sparkling, heavy victory medals, that's not what I strive for. I don't know all the answers in the world and won't go out of my way to find them or make them up just to make a point. I'm just content with getting by everyday knowing in my mind and in my soul that when my time comes, I will step up and do my part, but right now I'm taking a seat in the arena, waiting, watching, studying all the ins and outs of the way things work. People, ideas, places, experiences everything that life has to offer I lay prone to the mainstream and anxiously await my ticket to the center stage. Actions speak louder than words. As of right now, words are all I have to offer, but as time progresses, my actions will be more evident and my point of view can hopefully serve some sort of purpose, whether it be just a self evaluation written for all to see or somebody who can relate or completely disagree by providing intelligent feedback. Please, If you can't accept different points of view or if you have limited peripheral vision, don't even bother. I like to think I am pretty well read about many issues; People, Sciences, Sports, Culture, Technology, History, it's all appealing to me. Let's agree, let's debate, either way its up to you.
